Apprenticeship Programme:        


As one of our Bentley apprentices, you will combine practical experience with classroom learning to achieve a Data Science degree (Level 6). You will play a significant part in our business as we continue on this exciting journey to deliver extraordinary customer journeys. Based out of our state-of-the-art headquarters in Crewe, you will:



  • Work with experts who will support your professional and personal development

About the role:


Working within the central Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team as part of the wider Sales and Marketing function, the successful candidate will leverage strong communication, analytical, problem solving and technical skills to deliver trusted, high quality insights, reports, dashboards and customer audiences. These solutions will support our business functions and regions to increase performance excellence, customers experience and business profitability.


 


Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Collaborate with business stakeholders (all central Sales & Marketing functions & market regions) to understand and document their requirements / data and reporting needs,
  • Lead the development and publication of data sources and reports, dashboard and insights delivered via our Salesforce Business Intelligence capabilities (Lightening, CRM-A, Einstein Discovery, Tableau),
  • Use appropriate AI models and skills to transform business processes, analytics outputs and business outcomes,
  • Maintain consistent, high-quality project management and solution documentation,
  • Provide Salesforce reporting training to data analyst stakeholders across the organisation,
  • Demonstrate mastery knowledge of data intricacies.


 


About the Department:


The CRM department is the ‘hub’ for customer data and analytics within the Sales and Marketing function, promoting and delivering the culture of ‘data driven decision making’ across a variety of business processes and the customer journey. We also lead the capture and distribution of voice of the customer insights, owning and optimising customer satisfaction and related experiences. The successful candidate will be coached and mentored by technical experts and marketing professionals gaining invaluable skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.


 


What We Are Looking For:


Training Provider Entry Requirements: Keele University:



  • Applicants aged 16-18 at the start of the apprenticeship must hold GCSE qualifications in English at Grade C (4) or an equivalent qualification,
  • 104 UCAS points,
  • Three A-levels at grades BBC, or equivalent such as BTEC Nationals,
  • Applicants at the start of the apprenticeship must hold a GCSE qualification in Maths at Grade C (4) or an equivalent qualification,
  • Please note you do not need any prior experience in computing or computer programming.

  • Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to independently and use initiative,
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization and build productive relationships,
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas, summarising complex issues.
