They are a small, dynamic team, that value innovation, collaboration, and a passion for excellence.They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modelling and knowledge of financial services data.Key Responsibilities: Analyse and interpret complex financial data to identify trends and investment opportunitiesComprehensive assessment of all aspects of data gathering, storage, and usage, including financial records and customer and market trend informationCollaborate with analysts and other team members to design and execute data-driven research projectsCreate and maintain data pipelines and ensure data integrity and accuracyInternal Gen AI Champion. Test, evaluate and recommend third party LLMs, LLM frameworks and new models to engineering teamKey Requirements Proven experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in the finance or investment sectorPrevious experience building Gen AI based production grade systemsProficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL and Power BIStrong knowledge of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization toolsFamiliarity with financial markets, investment principles, and economic indicatorsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsWhat they Offer: Competitive salary, benefits and performance-based bonusesOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA collaborative and supportive work environmentHybrid working from our smart central London office
