JOB PURPOSE

Apply advanced data science, machine learning, AI/Gen-AI, and predictive analytics to drive technology decisions. Your work will support due diligence, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic roadmap development through sophisticated modelling, performance analysis, and forecasting.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Data Analytics & Strategic Insights

Create technology strategy data and AI frameworks, building advanced analytical models to support decision-making across Liberty Global Build Gen-AI native products and services for across the group Develop data aggregation, correlation, and visualization capabilities for technology performance metrics, market trends, and competitive intelligence Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze technology adoption patterns, performance benchmarks, and strategic opportunities Define and monitor KPIs for technology strategy initiatives, innovation programs, and strategic investments Create comprehensive benchmarking capabilities comparing Liberty Global's technology performance against industry leaders

AI-Powered Technology Analysis & Innovation

Collaborate with Technology and AI teams to develop proof of concepts using emerging AI and ML technologies Drive innovation in technology strategy analytics: NLP for trend analysis, automated competitive intelligence, and predictive forecasting Develop AI-powered capabilities for technology due diligence automation, market intelligence gathering, and strategic opportunity identification

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Essential:

Graduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field 3+ years in data science with focus on building Data and AI products Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL with expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization Full-stack development experience with cloud technologies (GCP preferred) Strong expertise in building Gen-AI native products and services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—translating complex datasets and technical findings into actionable business recommendations Excellent communication skills for presenting sophisticated analytical findings to senior leadership and technical stakeholders

Highly Desirable:

Knowledge of telecommunications technology: network infrastructure, cloud platforms, software architecture, and emerging technologies Proficiency in advanced analytics tools: cloud-based data science environments, big data technologies, and Gen-AI/ML platforms
