You have put relevant statistical andmachine learning techniques into practice in production settingsunderstanding the pitfalls encountered with optimising datapipelines and applications. Previous work in a biomedical sectorwould be beneficial but not mandatory. You care about impact andwant to do work thatmatters.

• Developingand deploying ML models (Python)
• Performingstatistical analysis on multimodaldatasets
• Managing code in a productionenvironment
• Optimising and scaling existingdata pipelines
• Contributing to academicpublications

Skills

• Productionlevel Python experience
• Good communication anddata visualization skills
• Strong understandingof statistical and ML techniques (experience with Computer Visionwould be beneficial)
• Experience with commonlyused data science libraries (sklearn pandasnumpy)
• Experience with deep learning frameworks(Tensorflow PyTorch Fastai) is beneficial but notnecessary
• Familiar with git bash and codingbest practices
• Familiarity with AWS (EC2 S3Lambda Batch) would bebeneficial

Qualifications

• BSc& MSc (at least one of these should be in statistics datascience or a similarfield)
