Location: Fully remote working (must be UK based)


FIND are working with one of the leaders in Data & AI training, who are looking to hire an additional Data Science Trainer to the team.


This company boast one of the largest portfolio’s of data science & analytics training in the UK, and are rapidly growing their data training team to meet the ever growing demand & developments within Data & AI


As a Data Science Trainer, you will be responsible for training data apprentices who have enrolled on to Data Analyst &/or Data Science Apprenticeship programmes (your choice)


This company deliver Data Science & Analyst apprenticeships at levels 3 & 4, and at degree apprenticeship level. You’ll train learners on the areas you’re comfortable with, whilst being up-skilled on data science areas you're less familiar with.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Training Delivery:Conduct engaging and informative training sessions that cover key data science concepts, tools, and techniques


  • Hands-On Learning:Organize and lead hands-on workshops, projects, and real-world scenarios to help apprentices apply their knowledge and gain practical experience in data science.


  • Stay Current:Keep abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning & AI, and related fields to ensure the apprenticeship program & your knowledge remains up-to-date and relevant.


  • Curriculum Development:Collaborate with the curriculum/product team to develop & refine training materials tailored for data science apprentices, ensuring they cover essential industry-relevant topics.



Requirements:

  • 2+ years commercial experience within Data Science
  • Some form of previous teaching/training or coaching experience (Trainer / Lecturer / Instructor / Tutor / Coach / Mentor)
  • Strong Python & SQL experience / knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • A passion for wanting to train junior Data Scientists / Analysts


This is a full time (Mon-Fri) fully remote working position, paying £75,000
