What’s the Role?

As aFull Stack Lead Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of our platform’s evolution, driving the transition to React and ensuring a seamless backend integration. Your contributions will directly impact how businesses manage compliance, cybersecurity, and data monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Evolution:Spearhead the transition from Ruby on Rails toReact, creating a modern, dynamic, and scalable user interface.
• Full-Stack Leadership:Lead front-end implementation while leveraging backend expertise to ensure seamless integration and efficient system design.
• UI/UX Collaboration:Work with a product designer to deliver intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex insights for users.
• Backend Collaboration:Leverage Python knowledge to navigate backend architecture, debug issues, implement new features, and optimise API interactions.
• Customer Experience Focus:Build a platform that is easy to use, visually appealing, and non-anxiety-inducing, delivering critical insights in a smooth and harmonious way.
• Autonomy & Recommendations:Proactively recommend improvements for platform performance, focusing on data ingestion and overall system efficiency.

What You Can Add

• 4+ years’ experiencein full-stack development, with strong proficiency inReactand awareness ofRuby on Rails.
