What you'll do:

We're looking for a Data Science & Analytics Manager who can build actionable data driven insights from, elevating analysis to client success. If you enjoy interpreting data and helping others translate it into actionable business changes, we'd love to hear from you.



  • Responsible for working closely with client teams and their clients to help them scope right analytical approach to answer the business challenge or question at hand, often detailing a couple of approaches with timelines to discuss with client.
  • Manage a team of Data Scientists and Analysts to deliver the high quality analytics that translates the numbers into insights and provides clear data driven action that can improve their business outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations that communicate insights and data-driven actionable recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights to improve business processes and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our Strategy team to develop actionable strategies and recommendations based on insights derived from data analysis and market research.
  • Work in collaboration with internal client teams and their clients to present data findings in a clear, accessible way that ensures understanding.
  • Contribute to client meetings and workshops to explain findings and identifying actions and measurable business improvements.
  • Ensuring quality and accuracy of analytics deliverables


What you'll bring:


  • Strong SQL/Python skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and dedication to getting things right
  • A strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to keep up with industry trends and best practice
  • Manage the agile analytics process, including sprints, planning and unblocking issues
  • Able to track and resolve risks, issues, and action items throughout project lifecycle
  • Proactive in identifying Data Science approaches/projects that can answer business questions, issues or challenges
  • Previous line management experience
  • Numerical, Data Science Degree or equivalent qualification (preferable)

Role Requirements:

This role can be based on a hybrid basis from either our Bristol or London office, although we will accept applications from those further afield on a more remote basis.
