The time has now come for a brand-new role which has been created here at Legal & General Affordable Homes for a Data Operations Manager. We have a significant volume of complex data sources and have embarked on a journey to transform that way we (and the sector) manage data. To help us do this, we need a passionate, experienced Data Manager to drive and deliver key components of our data strategy and BAU activity. You will have a strong understanding of data integrity, quality and operations. You will also enjoy the challenge of working in a high-performing team with varied work and projects which collaborates with lots of people who have different areas of expertise. Within our Data Team we design, build and operationalise our data strategy. The Data Team has three constituent workstreams: Data Operations; Data Governance & Protection; and Data Science. This role manages Data Operations.
