Description of project –

Duties:

Must haves:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in an enterprise organization.
• Extensive experience creating reports for C-Level executives and stakeholders.
• Highly proficient in Excel (incl. advanced formulas macros) and PowerPoint
• Thorough experience with data manipulation, interpretation, analysing trends/themes and providing possible resolutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in high pressure tight deliverable situations to perform statistical analysis for use by senior leadership and audit teams

Plusses:

• Experience in financial services in a technology focused role
• Strong understanding of technology Incident, problem or change management.
• Experience with ServiceNow as an technology Incident and problem management tool.
• Experience with SQL – ability to create, interpret and revise queries.
• Experience building reporting dashboards in tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
• Experience working with LLM for data analysis. Data science/ modelling knowledge also a plus
• Work with developers to build and automate dashboards to meet senior leadership needs (like transform the data into dashboards so we don’t have to do it manually)
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Requirements gathering to implementing solution and production. Design and modelling experience require to Production Control transformation and proposing solutions
