The Customer Insight Data Analyst will be responsible for analysing customer data captured through our loyalty scheme and delivering actionable insight to help drive business decisions and allow us to better serve our customers.
They’ll provide regular reporting as well as ad hoc analysis in order to support tactical and strategic decision making across the business, with a particular focus on marketing and commercial departments.
This is a full time, permanent role that follows a hybrid model with a 4.5 day working week. Our teams work from our vibrant head office in Bradford for three days and remotely for a day and a half, Monday to Friday.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering compelling insight into the behaviour of our customers to the wider business
- Providing ad hoc customer analysis at speed to answer strategic business questions
- Regular reporting of customer metrics, highlighting key contributing factors to change
- Automating the creation of aggregated data tables to be used in regular reporting
- Creating and maintaining data products that enable stakeholders to self-serve data
- Investigating the impact that major events and deals have on customer behaviour
- Creating advanced mathematical models to understand and predict customer behaviour
