This is a unique role, working in a team at the centre of all the action to deliver projects for customers and the wider delivery team alike.

Your role will involvedealing with some senior stakeholders within complex retail and CPG customers. It will be up to you to

• Help to understand needs on a project by project basis
• Through your learned expertise, come up with the delivery methodology down to the fine details for client approval.
• create project templates and documentation that are fit for purpose
• Delegate project plans to field teams and ensure the smooth running of operations
• Work with data teams specialists to report back findings.

Experience and skills

There's a lot to it - but there's a huge amount in it for you too if you have what we're looking for;

• Strong communication skills - you have to be as much an excellent listener as much as a great verbal communicator
• logical mindset - clear thinker
• analytical skills - you don't have to be a data scientist, but knowing your way around spreadsheets in the dark would be very beneficial
• self motivated - able to crack on without having to be told - to be able to keep goals in mind
• To keep yourself and others on track
• Great eye for detail - and the nouse for how to put things right - pivot!

Ideally you will have experience in the some or all of the following industries- applications from these verticals will be considered first...

• Retail management / Consumer Goods manufacturing or supply
• Data insights - from a research or data provider
• Field marketing or shopper marketing
