Job Title:Consultant, Technical Generalist
Location:Remote (with occasional travel to the office in Suffolk, co-working locations, and client sites within the UK, Europe, and the USA)

Technical Skills
While attitude and aptitude are prioritised over specific skills, the following experience is advantageous:
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Excel
- Scripting Languages (e.g. Python, R, MATLAB)
- SQL
- ETL processes
- Database engineering
- BI Environments, especially:
- Tableau
- Power BI
- CRM or CRM-like systems (any vendor)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with contact centre technologies and large, operational data sets
- Design aptitude (Adobe Suite, Powerpoint)
