Job Title:Consultant, Technical Generalist

Location:Remote (with occasional travel to the office in Suffolk, co-working locations, and client sites within the UK, Europe, and the USA)

Technical Skills

While attitude and aptitude are prioritised over specific skills, the following experience is advantageous:

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Excel
• Scripting Languages (e.g. Python, R, MATLAB)
• SQL
• ETL processes
• Database engineering
• BI Environments, especially:
• Tableau
• Power BI
• CRM or CRM-like systems (any vendor)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with contact centre technologies and large, operational data sets
• Design aptitude (Adobe Suite, Powerpoint)
