They’ve gained access to a range of exciting opportunities while maintaining our unique identity. This is an excellent time to become part of their growing organisation. Role Overview: As a Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in delivering commercial services, supporting strategy implementation, and contributing to the fast-paced growth of the business. You will need a strong understanding of commercial principles, ideally within a digital environment, as well as the ability to bring creative, innovative solutions. This role involves managing multiple internal stakeholders and approvals, while maintaining excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to support the business’s agile growth agenda. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary customer interface for proposals and contractual matters. Work independently to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with subject matter experts across various disciplines (e.g. data protection, legal, security). Lead commercial issues and internal governance processes. Oversee the preparation of proposals, bids, contract changes, and claims, bringing innovation and creativity to the process. Serve as the commercial lead on Government frameworks such as Crown Commercial Services (CCS). Manage contract activities throughout the contract lifecycle, including deliverables, performance, and risk mitigation. Engage senior leadership and proactively work with other functions to enhance commercial solutions. Understand the business development strategy and targets, working with procurement to leverage supply chains. Provide coaching on contract management tools and techniques, and influence pricing decisions. Tailor processes to support the agility of the client’s needs, such as standardising contracts and streamlining governance. Join us our client and become part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to driving success in the Defence and Public Sectors. Note: Sadly, visa sponsorship cannot be provided.
