We’re a growing SaaS start-up on a mission to reduce unemployment and make career support more accessible through AI-driven technology. We’re looking for a Co-Founder & Chief AI Scientist to join our board and help shape the future of our product.

Role:

You’ll lead the R&D efforts, developing cutting-edge AI models, including NLP, computer vision, and humanoid AI avatars. This role is future-focused, driving innovation that will define our technology’s trajectory and directly impact how millions navigate their careers. You’ll be at the forefront of creating advanced solutions that not only optimize existing technologies but also pioneer new approaches to career support.

Compensation:

This role starts with a 3-month equity-only contract. We expect to introduce a £40k salary by the end of 2024 after we hit our £250k fundraising milestone (we’re currently at £60k). With additional grant funding arriving in January, your salary will rise to £80k, and eventually to £160k once we reach £50k in monthly recurring revenue.

Qualifications:

The likely candidate is PhD or Master’s qualified in a relevant field (Computer Science, AI, mathematics, etc.) who has deep expertise in multi-modal AI and machine learning. You should be ready to start with equity and have the financial flexibility to support yourself through 2024.
