Key Responsibilities: - New Business Development:Identify, target, and acquire new clients within the BFS sector,focusing on large and strategic accounts. - Sales Strategy: Developand implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceedrevenue targets. - Client Engagement: Build and maintain strongrelationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders atpotential client organizations. - Solution Selling: Understandclient needs and collaborate with internal teams to developtailored solutions that address specific business challenges. -Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, trackingprogress and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.- Negotiations and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals,ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with companygoals. - Onsite-Offshore and Global Delivery Model: Sell projectsusing an onsite-offshore model and a global delivery model,ensuring optimal resource utilization and client satisfaction. -Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, marketing, and otherinternal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales toexecution. Thisapproach increases customer satisfaction and loyalty. - RegulatoryCompliance and Security: Clients prioritizes compliance withindustry regulations and maintains the highest standards of datasecurity.
