We are seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our mission of transforming the industry with cutting-edge AI-powered tools.

<span style="font-size:10pt; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">We are searching for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role, responsible for elevating the product function to its full potential, while driving innovation and market impact.

<span style="font-size:10pt; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">As CPO, you will define and execute a forward-thinking product strategy, steering the product team to develop solutions that align with Aveni’s vision and exceed client expectations. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving product innovation, ensuring alignment across business objectives, and fostering a culture of excellence.

  • <span style="font-size:10pt; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Strategic Vision: Shape and deliver a product roadmap aligned with Aveni’s business goals and market opportunities.
  • <span style="font-size:10pt; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Product Development: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
  • <span style="font-size:10pt; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">AI Expertise: Leverage advancements in AI and NLP to deliver innovative solutions, keeping Aveni at the forefront of technology.
  • <span style="font-size:10pt; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Customer-Centric Approach: Actively engage with clients and integrate their feedback to meet market needs and challenges.
  • <span style="font-size:10pt; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Collaboration & Communication: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • <span style="font-size:10pt; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Leadership: Build and inspire a high-performing product team, fostering diversity and inclusion while mentoring team members.


Requirements

<span style="font-size:10pt; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">What We’re Looking For:


  • <span style="font-size:10pt; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Significant experience in Product Management, ideally in scaling or enterprise organisations.
  • <span style="font-size:10pt; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Proven track record in developing and launching complex software products.
  • <span style="font-size:10pt; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Expertise in B2B environments, preferably within financial services.
  • <span style="font-size:10pt; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">A passion for AI with a strong understanding of its application in product development.
  • <span style="font-size:10pt; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • <span style="font-size:10pt; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Experience scaling businesses from Series A to pre-IPO is highly desirable.
  • <span style="font-size:10pt; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to solving complex challenges.
  • <span style="font-size:10pt; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">A track record of driving growth and creating value in target markets.
