Alphamoneta, we are an executive search firm with a mandate to hire a Chief Executive Officer for the UK region for an esteemed client of ours.About the Company: Our Client is a global leader in optimizing the customer experience lifecycle, digital transformation, and business process management with deep domain expertise in automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence.About the Role: The CEO (UK) will be responsible for implementing the company's vision and strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading the overall direction of the organization for the European geography. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior management positions and a deep understanding of business operations and leadership principles in the IT services and consulting industry.Responsibilities:Develop and implement the company's strategy in alignment with the board's vision and goalsLead and motivate a high-performance management teamManage the organization's budget, monitor financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
