The Catering and Hospitality Division at Interaction Recruitment Northampton have been requested to source General Assistants, Kitchen Assistants and Chefs for a temporary to permanent contract based in Oakham, Leicestershire.The requirements:Commis Chef on a 35hr contractChef De Partie on a 41.5hr contractSous Chef on a 45hr contractSenior Sous Chef on a 45hr contractGeneral Assistant with clean driving licence on a 20hr OR 27hr OR 35hr contract*Overtime available at the basic rate.Typical contract:5/7 days per week (to be discussed at interview)Rota could be 0630-1500 OR 0700-1900 OR 1100-1900 (to be discussed at interview)*Pay c.£23000-£33000 negotiable depending on skills, qualifications and experience.As part of the registration process with Interaction Recruitment, we will require the following:Your most up to date CV2 references from previous employers (no agencies)A copy of your Enhanced DBS certificate for adults and childrenPreferably, you'll be on the DBS update serviceIdeally Level 2 or higher in H&S, Food Safety, Food Hygiene etcClear copy of your passport showing all four corners, inside and cover OR a full copy of your birth certificateIf you do not hold a British Passport, we will require a copy of your RTW documents and share code where applicableDue to site location, it is mandatory that you are a Driver with access to a reliable vehicle - we will require a copy of your licenceThe contract will run c.12 weeks via the agency being paid weekly for any hours worked the previous week between Monday and Sunday.During your time with Interaction Recruitment, you will accrue holiday pay. This will be banked until you request it.Once you've completed the first 12 weeks via our agency, you will be enrolled on the company payroll as a full time employee and be entitled to the following benefits and perks:Salary review based on performance28 days annual leave, increasing with length of serviceLife assurancePDP for career progression100's of high street retailer / supermarket discountsCompany pension schemeCompany uniformMeal on dutyCommis Chefs and General Assistants will be offered c.£13.08 per hour. No late finishes unless there is an event on.
