About the job:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring smooth service
  • Leading and mentoring a team of chefs to maintain high standards of food quality
  • Managing kitchen staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficiency during service
  • Contributing to menu development with innovative Mediterranean-inspired dishes

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a high-quality Mediterranean or fine dining restaurant

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
  • Passion for authentic flavours and a keen eye for detail
