TrueNorth is looking for a Conversational AI Designer to join one of our clients in London on a permanent basis. This is a remote or hybrid position.

Required Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of experience designing conversations for chatbots, voice assistants, virtual agents, or similar conversational interfaces
• Solid understanding of NLP concepts such as intent recognition, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and language understanding models
• Hands-on experience with virtual agent platforms like IBM Watson, DialogFlow, or similar tools for chatbot conversation design
• Excellent writing and scripting skills to craft engaging, natural dialogues

Desirable:

• Degree in fields such as Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, Linguistics, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Programming skills, with preference for Python
• Experience working with Gemini, GPT, or other large language model (LLM) implementations
• Familiarity with tools like Miro, Jira, Notion, or similar platforms

Key Details:

• Salary:£55,000 – £75,000
• Working Arrangement:Hybrid/Flexible
