Role Overview

As aBusiness Support Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the business by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring effective communication across teams. This is aprocess-drivenrole suited to someone highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You’ll be supporting senior leaders, managing key workflows, and ensuring that business operations run efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:Provide high-level administrative support across various teams, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Scheduling & Coordination:Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments for key stakeholders.
  • Process Management:Own and optimise key business processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth execution.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management:Act as a point of contact between teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Data & Systems Management:Maintain and update business systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Document Preparation:Assist in the creation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Problem-Solving & Proactive Support:Identify and address administrative challenges before they become issues.
  • General Office & Business Support:Assist with any additional business operations and administrative duties as required.

  • Strong Communication Skills:Confident and professional in liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail:You ensure accuracy and consistency in everything you do.

  • Tech-Savvy (or Willing to Learn):Comfortable with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • Executive Support Skills:Previous experience supporting leadership, managing schedules, and handling sensitive information is a plus.
