Business Insights Analytics Manager

Requirements of therole

• Maintain a clearunderstanding of Ipsen strategies brands and competitor productsplaying a pro active part in developing the local implementation ofBusiness Excellence strategy delivery
• Conductregular reviews of the overall market and specific therapy areasbased on internal and external environmental factors providingclear insight benefit and recommendations.
• Create and ensure the effective use of forecasting modelswhich provide products with a thorough understanding of the sizedepth and breadth of the market including factors such as patientnumbers to enable accurate forecasting and revenue aspirations tosupport the annual planning process
• By keepingan externally focused customer mindset identify trends and createmodels to estimate future circumstances within the therapy areaslead the setting of stretching commercial targets to achieve UKIperformance goals
• Working closely with theBusiness Excellence Specialist manage the capture management of alldata sources both internal external to integrated global/localsystems including master data management
• Develop and refine data management processes to createhigh levels of data accuracy and governance identifying newadditional data sources to enable dynamic insights within thebusiness where available
• Collaborate with theStrategic Business Excellence function to leverage optimize andfully utilize core group assets resources working with colleaguesfrom other areas of the business including IT to deliver tailoredlocal solutions

Experience:

• Proven track record of ability to work at astrategic level by driving solutions and recommendations thatenable commercial decision making Required
• Understanding of source specifics of externalpharmaceutical market data (e.g. IQVIA) Required
• Prior experience in forecasting commercial analytics orbusiness analysis experience within the pharmaceutical industryPreferred
• Proven track record of performingcomplex statistical analysis that leads to actionable information;making sound business decisions to support overall strategyPreferred
• Previous pharmaceutical experiencePreferred
