Salary: Up to £80k base + Bonuses

Adopted by major public transport operators in Europe, we’re now seeking an entrepreneurial, customer-focused Business Development Manager to drive the market positioning and expansion of our solution into complementary transport and logistics sectors.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound leads through various activities.
- Client Engagement:Contact potential clients via email and phone to promote our solution and generate interest.
- Sales Funnel Management:Move leads through the sales funnel, set up demos, and track progress.
- Market Research:Conduct research to identify potential leads and provide market insights.
- Team Support:Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring as the sales team grows.
Qualifications
- Experience:Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in early-stage growth and marketing campaigns.
- Skills:Strong relationship-building, excellent communication (phone & email), organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Attributes:Motivated, results-driven, and willing to work flexible hours when needed.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce
- Knowledge of the public transport industry
- Experience selling data-driven software product
