About the Role


We’re looking for a visionary leader to drive the growth and impact of our Driven by Data Community. Collaborating closely with our Global Head of Brand and CEO, you’ll shape one of the world’s most influential Data & Analytics networks, ensuring members gain maximum value from their involvement.


Key Responsibilities:


You will play a pivotal role in defining the strategic direction of our community, including:


Community Strategy:

  • Support efforts to define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • identify the Total Addressable Market (TAM).


Member Engagement: Conduct discovery sessions to:

  • Understand what members value most
  • Identify opportunities for deeper engagement with community initiatives
  • Uncover challenges and pain points


Growth & Development:

  • Develop scoring systems for prospect engagement
  • Attract and engage members aligned with our ICP
  • Audit and refine community offerings to ensure relevance and growth


Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities for talent services within the community.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships


Content & Presence: Create compelling content and establish a strong social presence within the Data & Analytics space.
