We are seeking a talented and creative Business Development Executive to help us drive engagements, revenues and brand awareness. You will be an integral member of the Sales & Commercial Team.
Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive with us, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will ideally have 2-3 years’ experience in a strong BD role, leveraging business intelligence and business analysis to deploy ABM & KYC targeted lead generation. Coming from a software, AR/VR/MR or Computer Vision background or within manufacturing with these disciplines. Experience in Quality Assurance or Manufacturing background is of additional benefit, you will have a sound understanding of both the technologies involved as well as the business knowledge of the processes within these fields. You will be responsible for identifying, cultivating and growing our customer base as well as identifying key partnerships, leading to increasing our revenue opportunities.This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales and technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and initiate 1stengagement with potential customers across manufacturing industries, UK, EU, North America and beyond, where our solutions provide value.
- Develop strong customer knowledge, understanding their needs and ensure we are the right fit -this is about qualified opportunities not just filling a sales funnel with email addresses! Fit to our IPC.
- Execute & contribute to the sales strategies that will enable us to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all communications are on Brand and on Message.
- Accurately maintain relevant documentation to enable the business to make qualified decisions.
- Present our products and services effectively to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling 1st contact sales presentations.
- Collaborate closely with our technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of our technology and the ability to convey its benefits to potential customers and partners.
Market Analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential target industries for our solutions.
- Analyse market data, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in technology and understand how our products and services can meet current and future market demands.
Partnership Development:
- Identify partnerships within key industry sectors, integrators, engineering, technology companies, and research institutions to expand our network and create mutually beneficial collaborations.
Your skills/knowledge base:
- You ideally have a Sales/BD Software background in Manufacturing/Engineering, AR/VR/MR or Computer Vision.
- Proven experience,2-3 years, in business development within the above industry sectors, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in developing opportunities using LinkedIn/Socials/Industry/BA-BI Events and yes‘starting from cold’
- Use of CRM, preferably Pipedrive, or be able to be a quick learner.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, MS Office.
- Excellent understanding of written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
