BusinessDevelopment Coordinator

In this exciting positionyoull collaborate closely with our Business Acquisition andMarketing teams providing crucial support to enhance organizationalefficiency. Your role will involve engaging with both new andexisting customers helping to generate new business opportunitiesand ensuring seamless coordination across multiplestakeholders.

Youll initially focus on supportingour business development and sales teams managing a high volume ofprequalification and tender activities. Your contribution will beessential in driving our continued growth andsuccess.

Objectives& Responsibilities:

Rovco is anexciting and dynamic environment meaning these are likely to changeas we grow. Upon joining your objectives and responsibilities willinclude:

  • LeadFollowUp:Manage Salesforce leads filteropportunities and make initial clientcontact.
  • InboxManagement:Oversee Sales@ and Info@ inboxesdirecting relevant opportunities to BD/AccountManagers.
  • PortalManagement:Maintain and monitor client portalmemberships and public tender portals like TED and Negometrix tocapture relevantopportunities.
  • PrequalificationResponses:Collaborate with Finance HSEQ andTendering teams to generate and maintain PQQresponses.
  • Report and EventSupport:Assist with board report generation eventplanning and logistics for conferences and clientmeetings.
  • SalesforceSuperuser:Develop reports measure key metrics andmaintain data accuracy inSalesforce.
  • TenderPreparation:Support the Tendering Team withformatting tenders ensuring adherence to brandguidelines.
  • TravelBooking:Organize department travel efficiently andcosteffectively.
  • DocumentManagement:Keep the Boilerplate file updated withthe latest technical commercial and IMSinformation.
  • RelationshipBuilding:Establish and maintain positiverelationships with clients and externalagencies.
  • AdministrativeSupport:Provide additional support to Business UnitDirectors asneeded.
