  • Developing intricate data-dashboards for lab assay outputs, providing unique insights to guide the direction and success of our novel drug targets
  • Implementing bioinformatic analytic workflows to deliver RNAsequencing data, differential gene expression and pathway analysis from first principles, and potential to expand into single cell and other cutting-edge technologies
  • Exploring and developing bespoke analytic solutions, unique data visualisations, and innovative data wrangling approaches/pipelines
  • Fostering and accelerating continuous learning in digital fluency throughout the department
  • Engaging closely with business partners in Human Genetics and Genomics, AIML, Data and Predictive Sciences, and Research Statistics to influence the development of new tools and platforms, and identify synergies applicable to our programs
  • Contributing to shape the strategy and ever-evolving future directions of the Respiratory and Immunology Analytic team
  • Maintaining a high level of documentation for all experimental work, in line with data integrity standards

Why you?

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Knowledge and application of statistical analysis methodology and bioinformatics tools
  • Experience using generative AI tools to extract and summarise knowledge, or leveraging as a digital ‘thought partner’ to accelerate and enhance your work
