We are seeking an experienced BI Developer to join our client’s data team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that transform data into actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and deliver high-quality reporting and visualization solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through effective data management practices
  • Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions for performance and usability
  • Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reporting processes
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) and data visualization techniques
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
  • Experience in data modeling and designing effective reporting structures
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams


RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis roles
Proven track record of delivering high-quality BI solutions in a fast-paced environment
Relevant BI or data analysis certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
