Digital Fuel Performance is seeking an experienced and driven BI & Analytics Manager to lead our Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will manage data analytics processes, interpret complex data sets, and provide actionable insights that support our performance marketing strategy. You will work closely with the performance marketing and affiliate teams to deliver reports, optimise campaign performance, and enhance customer acquisition strategies. This role involves developing and maintaining dashboards that track key metrics, ensuring data accuracy and reliability, and presenting insights to senior leadership to drive business growth and performance optimisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional with experience in digital marketing or iGaming to take on a leadership position in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role, preferably within the digital marketing or iGaming industries.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team of analysts, promoting a collaborative and results-focused environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, ensuring accuracy and reliability in data interpretation and system integration.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current data analysis techniques, tools, and trends, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
