The Role

As our Azure DevOps Engineer, you'll be instrumental in enhancing and scaling our cloud infrastructure. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to implement best practices, streamline our software delivery pipeline, and contribute to our technical growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Maintain and optimise our cloud infrastructure on Azure
• Implement infrastructure-as-code practices for scalability and consistency
• Collaborate with developers to improve application deployment and performance
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of our Azure-based systems
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud Services, and PowerShell
• Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates)
• Solid understanding of containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
• Experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies
