You will receive coaching, training, and guidance from our talented Data practice in the UK to help you grow your knowledge and skills required.You’ll be responsible for: Translating business requirements into technical specifications to ultimately deliver data solutions including integrations, data transformations, warehousing and business intelligence reporting. The design and implementation of data ETL pipelines to extract, transform and load data from client and third-party data sources. Implementing and enforcing data governance policies and processes to ensure data is of the highest quality. Developing and maintaining documentation related to data integration processes, data flows, and data quality. Participating in code reviews with other team members. Creating unit tests for test automation. Balancing pragmatic solutions with best practice and deliveryYou’ll have:Bachelor’s degree in data engineering, data science or related degree with a 2:1 or above. Database Skills (MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra or similar) Excellent SQL skills. Skills in developing data visualisations (. Power BI) Strong programming skills, ideally in Python. Understanding of ETL pipeline development for data source integrations and data transformations. Understanding of data modelling to describe the data landscape, entities and relationships. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. Inquisitive with an eagerness to learn.It would be great if you have:An understanding of cloud technologies. Practical experience through placement or internship. A cloud certification, .
