What You'll Be Doing:Developing and implementing agentic AI to provide the framework for our customers to build their own agents.Design and optimise algorithms for decision-making.Forming the basis of our R&D team in a startup environment.Ensure AI models operate in alignment with ethical and responsible AI practices.Participate in brainstorming sessions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of the AI development process.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in agent-based AI and contribute to ongoing research.

What We're Looking For:Essential:Commercial experience building AI systems, with a strong emphasis on agent-based models, reinforcement learning, and autonomous decision-making.Strong grasp of the concepts around MCP, tools, sub-agents short and long-term memory, training etcExpertise in programming languages such as Python, C#, C++, or Java, and familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., AzureAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch).Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and computational complexity, especially in relation to AI problem-solving.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across different disciplines.
