Start Your Career at M&G with Our Two-Year Graduate Scheme

Join us and gain hands‑on experience at M&G whilst building a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Business Transformation within the Financial Services industry. Your journey will start on 14 September 2026 with a cohort‑wide induction, blending industry‑focused training with insight sessions led by our experienced professionals. From there, you’ll embark on a programme designed to accelerate your growth via:



  • Business Rotations: Participate in structured rotations across key technologies and Technology functions. Each placement will help you build technical expertise and broaden your understanding of how our business operates.


  • Professional Qualifications: We’ll support you in studying for a qualification relevant to your role, providing dedicated study leave and resources to help you succeed.


  • Professional Skills Development: Alongside your cohort, you’ll develop essential skills via interactive workshops and self‑led missions, covering topics like networking, communication, and personal brand


  • Support Network: To support you throughout the programme you’ll have a manager to guide your development, a buddy for day‑to‑day queries, and plenty of opportunities to attend insight events and grow your network across M&G.



Upon completion of the Graduate Programme, you’ll transition into a permanent role in our Technology function aligned with the skills and experience gained over the past 24 months.


What will I be doing?

Join our Technology division as part of an innovative programme focused on Business Transformation through Artificial Intelligence (AI). This role offers a unique rotational experience across multiple business areas, providing exposure to both technical foundations and strategic applications of AI. The successful candidate will:



  • Participate in structured rotations across key technologies and Technology functions.


  • Gain a strong technical baseline in AI and related technologies.


  • Collaborate with AI specialists to align strategies and establish shared ways of working.


  • Contribute to initiatives that drive AI adoption, integration, and architectural enhancements.



This programme is designed to develop future technologists with a deep understanding of AI’s role in transforming business operations.
