About our Client:

They are a nationally recognised training provider who were recently awarded a Grade 2 ‘Good’ OFSTED rating. As they continue their journey towards becoming an Outstanding provider, they are seeking an experienced and passionate Apprenticeship Delivery Trainer – AI to support the next generation of Artificial Intelligence professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely with a forward-thinking organisation that specialises in AI, Digital, IT, and Data apprenticeships, delivering high-quality training that empowers learners to thrive in their careers.

About the Role:

As the Apprenticeship Delivery Trainer – AI you will deliver and support learners studying the Level 4 Artificial Intelligence and Automation Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard and AI Leadership Apprenticeship Units.

You will design and deliver engaging online learning, assess learner progress, prepare apprentices for Gateway and End Point Assessment (EPA), and provide the guidance and support needed to help learners achieve outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and effective remote training sessions.

* Manage and support a caseload of apprentices throughout their learning journey.

* Conduct regular learner progress reviews with employers and mentors.

* Assess and mark learner portfolios and evidence submissions.

* Prepare learners for Gateway and End Point Assessment (EPA).

* Ensure learner records and e-portfolio systems are accurate and up to date.

* Provide pastoral support, safeguarding guidance, and career development advice.

* Work closely with employers to create personalised learning experiences.

* Contribute to the development of innovative AI training materials.

* Maintain professional standards and complete ongoing sector-specific CPD.

What They Are Looking For:

Essential

* Strong industry experience and technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Automation Technologies and Generative AI

* Experience delivering AI-related training, workshops, qualifications, or apprenticeship programmes.

* Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging and accessible learning.

* Knowledge of current AI trends, ethics, and industry best practice.

* Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent).

* Assessor qualification (TAQA, AVA, A1, or D32/33).

* GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or Functional Skills Level 2) in English and Maths.

* Understanding of apprenticeship standards and government-funded training programmes.

* Enhanced DBS check.

Desirable

* Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (or equivalent).

* Experience supporting learners with SEND or additional learning needs.
