The ideal candidatewill be able to bridge the gap between the technical and commercialaspects of AI, guiding teams and influencing stakeholders acrossboth domains. Key Responsibilities: ▪Lead and manage the AI/ML teamin developing and deploying innovative AI solutions across variousindustries. ▪Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate AIinitiatives into the company’s overall strategy and productofferings. ▪Work closely with sales and business development teamsto identify and capitalize on market opportunities for AI-drivenproducts and services. ▪Serve as a key advocate of AI within theorganization, driving adoption and understanding of AItechnologies. ▪Establish and oversee AI project roadmaps, ensuringalignment with client needs and business objectives. ▪Build andmaintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers,partners, and internal teams, to ensure the successful delivery ofAI solutions. ▪Monitor emerging AI trends and technologies,incorporating relevant advancements into NETSOL’s AI strategy.▪Lead AI-related thought leadership initiatives, includingparticipating in conferences, industry panels, and publishingwhitepapers. Qualifications: ▪Proven experience in AI/MLdevelopment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. ▪Strongbackground in software development, machine learning, and dataanalytics. ▪Experience in a business development or sales role,with a track record of driving revenue through technologysolutions. ▪Excellent communication and presentation skills, withthe ability to influence stakeholders across technical andnon-technical backgrounds. ▪In-depth understanding of AI/MLtechnologies, tools, and platforms (e.g., NLP, computer vision,predictive analytics, and more). ▪Strong project management andleadership abilities, with a focus on delivering AI solutions ontime and within scope. ▪Familiarity with industry trends andregulatory considerations surrounding AI deployment.
