The team you'll be working with:

Some of us are very technical and like to look at the ways in which technology can be used to harness and exploit data, some focus more on the people, process and cultural elements of treating data as a critical business asset whilst others help our clients to understand and articulate how data is as critical to their business and its objectives as people and facilities are. As a Senior Director with NTT DATA’s Data & Intelligence practice, you will leverage your technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong sales acumen to successfully lead AI initiatives and drive business growth.

What you'll be doing:

Develop and implement strategic plans for the AI practice, aligning with overall business objectives and ensuring the integration of AI across various areas. Actively engage in selling AI solutions to key clients, identifying market opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth. Lead presales activities, including client presentations, proposal development, and solution demonstrations. Engage with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and develop AI solutions that meet client needs. Develop and present compelling AI use cases and success stories to highlight the value of AI solutions to prospective clients. Establish and maintain best practices for AI project management, including methodologies, tools, and standards. Provide technical leadership and guidance in AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and GenAI. Drive the development of frameworks, capabilities, and features for the AI practice, enhancing the overall quality and impact of AI solutions. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and integrate relevant innovations into the practice. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to deliver comprehensive AI solutions. Mentor and guide AI teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by delivering high-quality AI solutions that meet or exceed client expectations while maintaining a utilization of 50% or greater.

What experience you'll bring:

You will share a passion for Data and how it can be used to develop Data Driven Businesses, be innovative in tackling client challenges, and thrive in an environment that embraces collaboration with clients and internal teams to scope, plan and execute projects on time and within budget.

We are looking for someone with a strong background of the Data Analytics / Data Science landscape and demonstrable experience of developing teams to deliver data analytics projects utilising a broad range of statistical and mathematical methods as well as the more progressive areas such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Proven experience leading in projects that focus on one or more of the following areas: Predictive Analytics Data Design Generative AI AI/ML ML Ops Hands-on experience in presales activities and account leadership Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in Professional Services Consulting and/or IT Services Exhibits strong teamwork, consistently performing as a dependable team member with an excellent work ethic. Maintains a flexible "can-do" attitude and a commitment to success. Professional verbal and written communication.
