This is a unique opportunity to drive the development of innovative systems and products while contributing to data engineering, data science, and analytics initiatives within the organisation. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, hands-on problem-solver with a passion for technology and continuous learning.Key Responsibilities:Product Development: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to bring ideas and designs to life, focusing on building and enhancing iOS and Android applications.Data Engineering & Science: Take part in building and maintaining data pipelines, performing data analysis, and integrating data-driven solutions into the product development process.Project Execution: Take ownership of planning, organizing, and executing technical projects from inception to launch, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to timelines.System Scalability: Develop high-quality, scalable code across the stack, ensuring seamless user experiences as the platform grows.Technical Leadership: Lead the creation of engineering standards, tooling, and processes to guide long-term technical development.Technical Skills & Experience:Required Languages: Python, JavaScriptFrameworks and Technologies: React Native, Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, PostgreSQL, NumPy, Pandas, Docker, REST APIsExperience in Quantitative Trading or Financial Services: Prior experience in fintech, quantitative trading, or working with financial data is highly advantageous.Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning: Experience with AI/ML technologies, especially in the context of financial services, is a plus.Data Engineering & Analytics: Hands-on experience with data engineering, data science, and analytics workflows will be highly valued.Benefits:Competitive Salary and Equity: Competitive salary and equity package, based on experienceRegular Team SocialsHoliday Allowance: 33 days of holiday per yearTo apply, please apply with your most up to date CV
