iO Associates is excited to be working with a Global Healthcare Communications organisation who are looking for a Transformational AI Consultant to join them on a contract basis. The contract will be for an initial 3 months (likelihood to extend), with the view of getting you started in February 2025!

The role is remote, but our client is based in London, and you can work in the office if you wish.

As an AI Consultant, you will play a crucial role in revolutionising the company's use of artificial intelligence to support both internal operations and client services. This dynamic, hands-on project will involve working closely with key teams across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate agency workflows to pinpoint AI opportunities with clear return on investment potential Create practical, scalable recommendations for AI integration across key processes Offer hands-on support to operational teams to ensure successful implementation of recommendations. Leverage expertise in off-the-shelf large language models (e.g., ChatGPT) to recommend cost-effective solutions Facilitate organisational change and adoption of AI practices where necessary

Key skills:

Experience integrating AI into agency workflows (preferably in creative/communications agencies) Expertise in large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, commercial platforms) and their application Familiarity with AI licensing, cost structures, and market solutions Ability to balance strategic recommendations with operational guidance Experience in global organisations or large consultancies Excellent communication skills
