Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and challenges to deliver tailored Adaptive Planning solutions.
• Lead the development and execution of Adaptive Planning strategies, leveraging your EPM background to ensure alignment with clients' business objectives and drive long-term value.
• Oversee the successful implementation of Adaptive Planning tools and processes, guiding clients through best practices and ensuring optimal utilisation of technology.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to provide clients with innovative solutions and thought leadership.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of Adaptive Planning initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in consulting, with a strong focus on EPM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning projects is desirable but not essential.
• Accountancy qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
