About Griggs

Griggs is a premier construction company based in Hertfordshire, renowned for our commitment to exceptional quality and detail in luxury residential developments. As we look to the future, we are embracing innovation and digital transformation to enhance how we work, build, and deliver. With a friendly, collaborative culture at our core, we’re investing in the right people and tools to stay ahead in an increasingly tech-driven industry.

The Role

We’re looking for a curious, sharp-minded, and forward-thinking AI and Digital Innovation Analyst to join our evolving team. This new and exciting role offers the chance to shape how we use data, automation, and emerging technologies across the business. You'll play a central part in identifying and implementing AI solutions and digital tools to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive decision-making through smarter use of data.

Working in a hybrid capacity with access to our London/Home Counties HQ and occasional site visits, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across the business – from construction and technical to commercial and marketing – helping to embed digital innovation in our everyday work.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI & Tech Solutions:Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools and digital technologies that can enhance productivity, automation, and business intelligence.
  • Data Analysis & Insights:Collect and analyse data to generate insights, create dashboards, and support strategic decisions across departments.
  • Digital Transformation Projects:Support and lead projects focused on improving digital workflows and optimising internal systems.
  • Innovation Champion:Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and construction tech. Propose and pilot new ideas that push us forward.
  • Training & Support:Help colleagues embrace new tools by creating clear documentation, offering training sessions, and acting as a go-to support.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who’s a rare blend of tech-savvy and people-smart – someone who can think strategically but roll up their sleeves to get things done. Specifically, you’ll bring:

  • Experience in a data analysis, digital innovation, or tech transformation role (construction industry experience is a bonus but not essential)
  • Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney) and business data platforms (e.g. Power BI, Excel, Google Workspace)
  • A natural curiosity for how things work, and a drive to make them better
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills – able to translate techy stuff into plain English
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and keep projects on track
  • A proactive, can-do mindset with a healthy appetite for learning and experimentation

Desirable:

  • Experience with BIM tools, CRM integrations, or APIs
  • Comfortable managing small projects and presenting ideas to a variety of stakeholders
  • Knowledge of or interest in construction industry workflows, systems, or operational challenges

Perks and Benefits

  • Competitive salary, benchmarked against the market
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and your birthday off
  • Access to a Virtual GP service, healthcare cash plan, and mental health support
  • Employee discount programme and referral bonus scheme
  • Regular team-building events and legendary Christmas parties
  • Commitment to your professional development with training opportunities tailored to your growth

How to Apply

This is your chance to bring innovation to an industry that’s ready for transformation. If you're excited about the potential of AI and digital tools to shape the future of construction – and want to do that in a business that values its people as much as its projects – then we’d love to hear from you.

Griggs is proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
