A bit about the job: As a data science leaderwithin the Personal Lines business, you’ll work closely with adiverse range of stakeholders to understand key challenges and leadthe development of innovative data science solutions that drivebetter outcomes for both the business and our customers. You’lldevelop a deep understanding of the business strategy andobjectives, and lead a team focused on delivering impactfulsolutions. You’ll also have the freedom to explore creative andforward-thinking approaches to unlocking value from data. We’reparticularly interested in candidates with experience in Pricing& Underwriting Analytics within personal lines insurance.Skills and experience we’re looking for: Proven ability to solvecomplex, non-routine problems using expertise in areas such asStatistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI. Strongcommunication and stakeholder engagement skills – able to explaincomplex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences. Strategicthinker with strong commercial awareness. Experience deliveringprojects in collaboration with cross-functional teams or externalpartners. Highly numerate, with a degree or postgraduatequalification (e.g., MSc) in a relevant field such as Mathematics,Statistics, or Computer Science (preferred but not essential).
