Entry-Level Artificial Intelligence Automation Analyst

We are currently working with a client who are looking to bring in a Head of AI to come in and continue to drive the forward direction of their AI division within their organisation. This is a great role for someone looking to utilise their experience in the AI space, specifically with NLP, to drive an established AI team forward into an excited period of growth through the entire business.


You will have a mixture of experience levels within the team to manage from Principle/Senior all the way through to Junior and be responsible for the continued growth of the team and their technical capabilities, looking at the data structuring pipeline and working through billions of data points within an exciting area of healthcare.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of AI scientists and healthcare data analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support in their professional development and project execution.
  • Take joint accountability for the accuracy, clinical validity, transparency and efficiency of models created by the AI team.
  • Carry out prototyping, exploratory research and literature review to develop novel applications of AI and related technologies to improve the breadth, depth and accuracy of our data structuring pipeline.


Skills

  • PhD-level qualification (or equivalent industry experience) in a field with a substantial component of applied AI methods
  • High level of knowledge of machine learning methods, applications & validation methods.
  • High level of knowledge of NLP techniques, including experience applying Large Language Models for text processing.
  • Proficient in Python (or another language plus a foundational python skills)
  • Experience as a team leader, mentor or supervisor, with a desire to help grow our team of AI scientists through line management and technical leadership.
