Position Overview:

At Entrust, we put identity at the heart of digital-first experiences. Our SaaS remote identity verification solution provides an AI-powered platform for various industries to meet regulatory needs, combat sophisticated fraud, and enable seamless onboarding and access throughout the customer lifecycle.

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional efforts to ensure our products are strategically positioned in the market and meet all necessary requirements. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from inception and discovery through execution and go-to-market, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and delivering impactful results.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, organizational skills, and leadership abilities to guide a core team of experts in developing innovative products and features. You will partner closely with Product Managers to define the best path to success while ensuring alignment across engineering, applied science, sales, marketing, user research, legal, and other functions. Additionally, you will drive internal and external communication, ensuring progress is visible, risks are surfaced early, and dependencies are proactively managed.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the delivery of programs of work.

  • Assemble and organize a cross-functional core team.

  • Create and maintain a program plan and roadmap.

  • Drive initiative-level and quarterly planning.

  • Set up and measure OKRs.

  • Ensure the core team is in sync, stakeholders are well-informed, and decisions are made promptly.

  • Proactively manage dependencies with other functions.

  • Ensure risks and blockers are identified, tracked, communicated, and resolved swiftly.

  • Improve internal processes and tools, introducing industry best practices.

  • Facilitate communications, such as internal newsletters, to ensure visibility of your initiatives and your team’s results.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in technical project management or program management, with a proven track record of delivering features or products from ideation to launch.

  • Experience in launching products or features to new markets or geographies, including navigating localization, regulatory requirements, and market-specific challenges.

  • Comfortable discussing technical matters with business people and business matters with technical people, expressing complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences.

  • Quick to learn and adapt to complex concepts in dynamic environments.

  • Strong skills in navigating ambiguity and working effectively with a diverse range of personalities and stakeholders.

  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), tools (Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Looker) and SDLC.

Desirable Experiences:

  • Experience working in regulated environments, such as financial institutions is a strong plus.

  • Background in developing SDKs and/or SaaS products is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with managing product certifications and audits is a plus.

  • Knowledge of AWS and GCP cloud platforms is a plus.
