Are you organised, enthusiastic and confident with technology, with a natural ability to build great relationships with customers?

Our client is a well-established and growing company based in Sunbury-on-Thames, and they are looking for a motivated Technical Administrator & Customer Service Representative to join their friendly, close-knit team.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll play an important part in supporting customers, coordinating installations and training, managing orders and stock, and helping the wider team keep the business running smoothly.

💻 A Role at the Heart of Technology

Technology is a key part of this position. You’ll use a range of digital and technical tools in your day-to-day work, so being tech-savvy, curious and willing to learn is essential.

You should be comfortable using everyday applications such as Microsoft Office and have an interest in the rapidly evolving world of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini would be highly advantageous. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore and embrace emerging AI technologies, including Microsoft Dragon Copilot, as the business continues to adopt new tools and ways of working.

🤝 What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will be varied and may include:

· Providing professional and friendly customer service and technical support

· Managing customer enquiries and helping to resolve queries efficiently

· Coordinating installations, customer training and appointments

· Processing and managing customer orders

· Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock management

· Supporting the wider team with administrative and organisational tasks

· Helping deliver customer training and demonstrations

· Assisting with marketing activities and communications

· Using technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and support day-to-day operations

· Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure customers receive an excellent experience

Previous experience in administration, customer service, technical support, coordination or a similar environment would be beneficial, but attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally important.
