As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. Since 2011, our mission hasn’t changed — we’re here to stop breaches, and we’ve redefined modern security with the world’s most advanced AI-native platform. We work on large scale distributed systems, processing almost 3 trillion events per day and this traffic is growing daily. Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We’re also a mission-driven company. We cultivate a culture that gives every CrowdStriker both the flexibility and autonomy to own their careers. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

We are looking for talented engineers to help us create, enhance and operate the core systems that turn teams of analysts into a barrier to the actions of adversaries in the wild. The systems we build are relied upon 24/7/365 to identify malicious attacks and STOP BREACHES!

About the Role:

We are a growing team distributed across the United States and the United Kingdom. Slack is our primary communication method and much of our work is done in an asynchronous manner. We try to sync up as a team once daily and everyone on the team is always game to catch up in real-time when needed.

We work together under the following set of values:

  • We value quick and proactive support to internal and external customers

  • We value the use of automation to maximize the capabilities and capacity of developers

  • We value the use of software to improve the speed at which analysts can work

  • We value products that are robust, efficient, scalable and maintainable

  • We look for all ways to provide our customers with a superior experience, even if those solutions are not software

  • We value letting the best idea prevail

Our ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a team delivering our core products, contributing technically, and working with relevant stakeholders. Our team values a culture of growth, collaboration, transparency and feedback; we want you to be as excited about these things as we are.

What You'll Do:

As part of the Managed Services team, you will work hand in hand with CrowdStrike’s Falcon Complete security analysts around the globe. Our responsibility is to develop and improve upon novel solutions for Falcon Complete that detect, analyse, investigate, and remediate threats at scale. We build modern and AI integrated automation systems that leverage and expand the capabilities of the Falcon Platform in order to empower our Falcon Complete analysts and to provide the best security experience to our customers. As a team member you will share responsibility for everything we build and will be expected to:

  • Take part in the design and implementation of new features and product enhancements that drive our mission

  • Work directly with Falcon Compete stakeholders to build products and systems that solve real world cybersecurity challenges

  • Design and implement reliable and performant solutions to enable continued scalability as we grow

  • Improve the effectiveness of service monitoring and proactively address issues

  • Write automation to reduce operational load within the team

  • Take part in on-call rotations to ensure high quality operations 24/7

This is a hybrid role based out of our office in Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA.

What You’ll Need:

  • Professional experience with at least one of the following programming languages, Golang, Python, JavaScript, C++, or Java, and a willingness to use Golang.

  • Comfort and experience working within the constraints of existing software applications and architectures

  • Practical experience building web services and data pipelines at scale

  • Practical experience building services within a microservices architecture

  • Operational knowledge of relational, NoSQL and graph databases

  • Operational knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or Kinesis

  • Linux programming fundamentals

  • Experience with distributed and scalable systems

  • Experience with cloud native technologies

  • Experience with cloud observability tools

  • Experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as K8S

  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • You are able to be successful in a highly asynchronous environment

  • Ability to distill high level feature requests into concrete engineering requirements

  • You are a self starter and able to thrive in a remote environment

Bonus Points:

  • You proactively seek to improve team productivity with automation

  • You have a passion for reliability and quality

  • You have a strong desire to continue to learn and grow

  • Experience with AWS, AZURE, GCP or OCI

  • Experience building with modern AI technologies

Where to Advertise AI Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Advertising AI jobs in the UK requires a different approach to most technical hiring. The candidate pool is small, highly informed and in demand across multiple sectors simultaneously. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that AI professionals expect — and the filtering mechanisms they rely on. Specialist platforms, direct outreach and academic channels each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by ArtificialIntelligenceJobs.co.uk, covers where to advertise AI roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about time-to-hire across different role types.

New AI Employers to Watch in 2026: UK and Global Companies Reshaping AI Careers

The artificial intelligence job market in the UK is evolving at an extraordinary pace. With record-breaking investment, government backing, and a surge in enterprise adoption, the landscape of AI employers is shifting rapidly. For candidates exploring opportunities on ArtificialIntelligenceJobs.co.uk, understanding who is hiring next is just as important as understanding what skills are in demand. In this article, we explore the new and emerging AI employers to watch in 2026, focusing on organisations that have recently secured funding, won major contracts, or expanded their UK footprint. From cutting-edge startups to global giants doubling down on Britain, these companies represent the next wave of AI career opportunities.

How Many AI Tools Do You Need to Know to Get an AI Job?

If you are job hunting in AI right now it can feel like you are drowning in tools. Every week there is a new framework, a new “must-learn” platform or a new productivity app that everyone on LinkedIn seems to be using. The result is predictable: job seekers panic-learn a long list of tools without actually getting better at delivering outcomes. Here is the truth most hiring managers will quietly agree with. They do not hire you because you know 27 tools. They hire you because you can solve a problem, communicate trade-offs, ship something reliable and improve it with feedback. Tools matter, but only in service of outcomes. So how many AI tools do you actually need to know? For most AI job seekers: fewer than you think. You need a tight core toolkit plus a role-specific layer. Everything else is optional. This guide breaks it down clearly, gives you a simple framework to choose what to learn and shows you how to present your toolset on your CV, portfolio and interviews.
