We’re looking for aShopper Insight Client Lead who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s Waitrose Supplier Insight Team. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global FMCGs.

This is a full time, hybrid working role based in our London office.

Joining our team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people by being part of a fast growing market team with plenty of opportunity to grow. Driving best in class account management across a brilliant client portfolio, working closely with CPGs and helping to drive customer centric brand and category growth at Waitrose and identifying new business opportunities . Working closely with Waitrose to link up Client and Retail priorities to drive best in class Client Success.

What you’ll be working on

  • Managing a portfolio of medium sized clients, having access to our best in class customer insight tools
  • Liaising with clients and retailers to understand business priorities
  • Being a tool expert, consulting on how best to use it with CPGs
  • Exposure to sales – selling the platform to new prospect suppliers
  • Responsible for renewals
  • Financial reporting and admin
  • Thought leadership support
  • Training clients

What we expect from you

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject
  • Understanding of the CPG industry
  • Experience driving commercial value through sold products and services
  • Confident in maintaining relationships with suppliers
  • Experience in managing stakeholders in the CPG industry
