We’re hiring a

Senior Forecast Manager

to lead the evolution of demand forecasting at a globally connected airport — a vital gateway serving tens of millions of passengers annually and underpinning national economic performance.
This is a rare opportunity to lead forecasting strategy in an environment where your insights directly influence multi-billion-pound decisions in infrastructure, commercial planning, and global travel operations.

What you’ll do:
Deliver

short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts

across passenger demand and commercial impact.
Build a

next-generation forecasting model , leveraging machine learning, cloud computing, and advanced analytics.
Present insight to senior executives, commercial partners, and regulators.
Lead scenario planning for events ranging from weather disruptions to macroeconomic shocks.
Mentor analysts and collaborate across strategy, finance, and operational teams.

What you’ll bring:
Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Maths, Engineering, Economics)
Experience in

forecasting, econometrics, or transport modelling
Skilled in Excel, PowerBI; familiarity with Python or R preferred
Confident communicator with board-level presentation skills
Ideally from

aviation, transport, infrastructure, or strategic consulting
