Senior AI Engineer - Agentic & Generative AI

Join a fast-growing international SaaS business at the forefront of AI innovation. We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, build and scale Agentic AI, Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that power intelligent, customer-facing products used globally.

Working closely with Product, Platform and Engineering teams, you'll develop production-grade AI systems, autonomous agents and LLM-powered applications, helping shape the future of AI across the organisation.

What You'll Do

Design and deliver production-ready Agentic AI, Generative AI and RAG solutions.

Build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning and executing complex workflows.

Develop multi-agent orchestration, tool integration and advanced retrieval strategies.

Optimise LLM performance through prompt engineering, fine-tuning and evaluation.

Work with Platform Engineering to deploy scalable AI services using Microsoft Azure.

Mentor engineers and contribute to AI architecture and engineering best practices.What You'll Bring

Strong Python development experience building production AI applications.

Proven experience developing Agentic AI, LLM and RAG solutions.

Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or similar.

Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Search.

Understanding of LLM evaluation, AI safety, observability and production deployment.Why Join?
