This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine technical QA expertise with the ability to define strategy, drive continuous improvement and build a modern quality engineering culture.

You'll work closely with Engineering, Product and Leadership teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle while helping shape how automation and AI are used across the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Championing the use of AI tooling to improve QA effectiveness
  • Working with senior stakeholders to ensure quality remains aligned to business and customer outcomes
What we're looking for
  • Experience in QA Engineering, Test Automation or Quality Leadership
  • Strong hands-on automation background using Playwright, Cypress or similar frameworks
  • Experience leading quality initiatives within Agile software environments
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD and modern software delivery practices
  • Proven ability to define QA strategy and implement process improvements
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Passion for continuous improvement and engineering excellence
Nice to have
  • Understanding of risk-based testing and audit requirements
  • Experience testing AI-enabled or data-intensive platforms
  • Exposure to quality governance and release management
Why join?
