Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with a strong focus on Agentic AI Development. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of program management experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a proven track record of developing and deploying advanced AI systems. This role requires a deep understanding of agent-based models and the ability to create intelligent systems that can operate autonomously in complex environments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Design, develop, and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms with a focus on Agentic AI.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.

• Conduct research to advance the state-of-the-art in Agentic AI and apply findings to real-world applications.

• Optimize and fine-tune existing models to improve performance and scalability.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for AI development.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.

• Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience in Agentic AI Development, including knowledge of agent-based modeling and autonomous systems.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g.,TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

• Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems.

• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.

• Knowledge of ethical AI practices and frameworks.

• Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• 15+ years of relevant experience in machine learning and AI development.

• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in Agentic AI Development.
